Kilve

Class 3 returned on Friday afternoon after a fabulous time at Kilve Residential Centre.  They experienced all sorts of activities from abseiling and mountain biking to a night walk at the top of the very murky Quantock Hills.  All of them were very tired and spent most of the weekend catching up on their beauty sleep (especially the staff!)

A big thank you to Mrs Betteridge and Mr Hyland who gave up their time to stay over the course of the week and also to the Friends who helped subsidise the cost of the trip.

Taunton Football

Class 1 were in action last Friday at Taunton School in a mini-football tournament.  They were all smartly dressed in their new football kit, very kindly provided by our sponsors Clem and Lorraine Woodward (Clem Woodward Lettings and Management).  Thank you!

Under some ambiguous coaching from Mrs Holt (I think Fabio’s job is safe for now) both teams had a great afternoon, with one of them remaining undefeated!  They are now looking forward to more fixtures in the New Year.

Class 1 – Nativity

This wonderful performance will take place on Wednesday 7^th December at 2.00pm, and on Thursday 8^th at 6.00pm. Please could all children be back in school no earlier than 5.30pm on this evening.

St James Swimming

This Tuesday, 6^th December will be the last week for swimming, due to the Christmas Lunch the following wee. Swimming will start again in the New Year on Tuesday 10^th.
